Brookfield's Seton offering includes laned single-family homes, duplexes and Brightside on Main townhomes. Its community description combines residential development with the Seton Urban District's office, retail and recreation uses.

Housing format does not determine an individual property's HOA obligation or condominium status. Review the legal unit, condominium documents where applicable and SHOA confirmation together. A marketed basement-suite option does not by itself establish approved occupancy or amenity eligibility.

Calgary Public Library's December 2018 announcement scheduled Seton Library's opening for January 14, 2019, followed by the Hopewell Early Learning Centre celebration on January 19. The announcement described a 25,000-square-foot branch within the new YMCA complex.

This is a milestone in Seton's public-service development, separate from The Block and the HOA's later operating periods. The historical opening announcement is not a current program or technology inventory.

Brookfield Residential YMCA at Seton is at 4995 Market Street SE. YMCA Calgary lists competition and leisure pools, an indoor track, fitness equipment, gymnasiums, hockey rinks, theatre and arts spaces among the complex's facilities.

Check YMCA membership, drop-in and program-registration terms directly. Seton HOA membership does not establish YMCA admission, a swim lesson or a rink booking. Facility hours, maintenance closures and individual activity schedules can differ.

Seton Library is also at 4995 Market Street SE. The library lists children's and teen spaces, meeting rooms, study space, computers, printers, free Wi-Fi, accessible facilities and after-hours material returns.

Use the library's own registration, room-booking and opening information. Sharing a building with the YMCA does not make library services an HOA benefit or establish access to the YMCA's paid activities.

The South Health Campus YMCA at 4448 Front Street SE restricts its fitness centre to eligible AHS staff working at that campus, with the required registration and active site security card. YMCA Calgary directs other fitness users to the larger Seton branch.

The campus climbing wall has a separate public Open Climb registration process. Public climbing availability does not grant access to the staff fitness centre, and Seton residency or HOA dues do not establish either booking.

The City's outdoor-fitness directory identifies Seton Fitness Park at 3823 202 Avenue SE, describing an obstacle-course-style outdoor fitness challenge. It is a separate recreation location to distinguish from The Block's private park and the indoor YMCA facilities.

The directory is a location and equipment reference, not a live condition report. Check site notices before use; the City directs equipment-maintenance and safety concerns to 311 or the named maintenance organization.
