Contact and responsibility

The site contact is REPYYC — Real Estate Partners. Send privacy questions, access or correction requests, or a request to delete information you supplied to info@repyyc.com. Include enough context to identify your message; do not email identity documents unless a necessary verification method has been agreed.

Correction reports and email

The correction tool lets you prepare the affected page, change category, description and public source links. When online submission is available, it sends those fields and any optional contact email to a private review queue. They are used to review the issue and follow up; a submitted report is not published automatically.

If online submission is unavailable, the page offers an email draft and a way to copy the report. Preparing or copying a report does not send it. Your email application sends it only when you choose to send, and the message then includes the sender information supplied by your email service.

Do not include association account numbers, access codes, identification documents or private title records. Contact details supplied for a correction are not included in the public association dataset.

Website operation and service providers

Hosting and delivery providers receive technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser details and time to deliver and protect the website. Hosting services may provide traffic statistics and error diagnostics. We use Lovable hosting; the private research and correction system uses Supabase when enabled. Email is handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers.

When online reports are enabled, the server uses an hourly, keyed IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions. That identifier is separate from the published research. Service providers may process information outside your province or Canada under their own service arrangements.

External content and browser features

Fonts and map resources can be requested from external providers. Opening an association website or document sends a request to that provider, whose privacy terms apply. Association payment portals and membership systems are separate from this website.

Public search and filtering do not require a visitor account. Administrative sign-in uses separate authentication and browser storage. This notice does not promise that hosting providers or linked sites set no cookies.

Keeping and correcting information

Reports and correspondence may be retained while resolving an issue and maintaining a record of the research decision. Public source references and the resulting factual correction can remain after a report is resolved. Ask the site team to review retention of personal information you supplied; some records may need to be kept for security, dispute handling or applicable requirements.

This notice will be updated when the site's collection or reporting features materially change.
