    Development and association boundaries follow different histories

    CECA's boundary page dates its incorporation to 2005 and the Evergreen Estates-Shawnee Slopes community-association arrangement to 1994. ERA separately records resident control from September 2011. These dates describe different organizations, not one shared membership.

    An entrance feature does not mean the whole sidewalk is maintained

    ERA's benefit page limits snow clearing to the area directly in front of its features. Identify the exact site and responsibility before reporting a winter or landscape issue.
