Housing & households
Townhomes, duplexes and detached homes
The developer's builder directory includes townhomes, duplexes and front-drive or laned detached homes. Those descriptions do not establish fee-simple or condominium tenure for every property. Compare the title, maintenance agreement and HOA invoice for the particular home.
Parks & recreation
Sports courts and nearby regional park connections
Melcor reports opened tennis, pickleball and basketball courts and pathway connections toward Chinook Winds Regional Park. The recreation lawn and courts form the subject of this page's artwork, based on the developer's community photograph.
The same marketing page retains a 2025 target for a nearby recreation centre. That wording does not establish that the centre opened or that HOA dues include admission. Verify the facility directly before counting it as an available amenity.
