Read the fee class before comparing the price
The 2025 and 2026 notices show the same standard lot assessment. Obtain the personalized invoice for the actual home, especially for multifamily ownership or a newly transferred lot. An aggregate budget revenue line is not a reliable per-unit invoice.
Review ownership and living arrangements separately
The amended bylaws use ownership qualifications for membership. For a rental purchase, agree how the landlord receives HOA notices and how the tenant reports maintenance concerns. Verify event conditions separately from public-space use.
Complete the handover with Core
