Cochrane's July 2026 route index identifies Route 1 for Sunset Ridge, downtown and SLS Centre. Saturday operating hours are shorter; regular service does not run on Sundays or statutory holidays. Check the linked schedule for your stop and both directions of travel.

This is municipal transit, separate from HOA services. A nearby stop does not establish school-bus eligibility or a through journey to Calgary.

RancheView and address-specific school planning

RancheView School is at 2 Sundown Road. Its March 19, 2026 notice confirms a switch to full-day kindergarten on alternating days for 2026/27. Families should check the assigned calendar when arranging care and transport; this is not five full school days each week.

Use Rocky View Schools' attendance lookup with the intended year, grade and program before checking the address. The division confirms placement during registration and warns that boundaries can change or new addresses may be missing. HOA membership does not determine school assignment.
