May 26, 2025 minutes record a 25–1 vote to change Article 4(e) from a maximum of 200 memberships to no more than 143 persons. This is evidence of the recorded resolution, not a current registered parcel list or proof that a particular household qualifies. The ten-year plan prepared April 25, 2024 assumes $1,750 per residence across 143 residences. It includes a 2026 projection, but does not establish a 2026 invoice or GST treatment. May 2024 minutes record approval under the treasurer report; May 2025 minutes say the budget and ten-year plan were reviewed. Obtain the current approved assessment before relying on the planning figure.

The April 2024 plan schedules pump replacements in 2026, 2028 and 2030, alongside island dock/electrical work and later equipment replacement. These are estimates and planned dates, not confirmation of completed work or special assessments. Request current financial statements, project outcomes and the updated reserve plan before assessing future costs.

The board may require Membership Cards on association property and inspection on request. Cards are non-transferable. Replacement cost and the new-owner process are unconfirmed.

The rules allow each lakeside Member one floating dock, at most 16 by 16 feet, conforming to historical standards. Contact a director before repairs or replacement. Railings and contaminating coatings are prohibited. Shared access docks are for members on that particular pathway, not every lake user.

Coordinate development near the shoreline with lake maintenance. Keep adjoining access paths unobstructed and trim growth to the property line. Construction crews, equipment and materials are prohibited on shared pathways during summer. Do not drain pools or hot tubs into the lake.

Access is during daylight unless the board specifies other hours. The island and bridge are always off limits after dark. Family Members under 16 and all guests must be accompanied by a Member at all times.

June 2025 rules set a daily household limit of five fish, including guests. Guests must fish with a Member. Live bait and cleaning fish on lake property or docks are prohibited. The older welcome pack says five per person; use the newer household rule and seek clarification if older materials are supplied.

The rules allow a reasonable number of guests without a general numeric cap. Family Members under 16 may have at most two guests; the Member-accompaniment requirement still applies.

Moor away from dock fronts. Shared-dock users should use the provided rack where side mooring is unsafe, or store watercraft on their own property if racks are full. Remove boats before freezing; take water toys home when not in use.

Manual watercraft and boats with small electric motors are permitted; gas-powered boats and anchors are prohibited. Operation must be in the charge of a Member or Family Member aged at least 16. The association requires life jackets while using watercraft; this is reported as an association rule, not independent verification of provincial law.

Alcohol, glass, smoking and vaping, open fires, fireworks and barbecues are prohibited on association property. The rules also prohibit bicycles and vehicles.

The rules exclude pets from the water, pathways, island, docks and ice, and describe a service-dog exception with identification. Confirm accommodation arrangements with the association.

The association describes an unsupervised lake with swimming at the user's risk. Jumping or diving from the bridge is prohibited. Check current water and ice notices; a seasonal activity listing is not an opening notice.

The June 2025 rules require payment in full by the invoice deadline. They specify 1.5% monthly interest beginning on the first day of the following month and describe discretionary lien or collection action. Default can suspend household access and meeting attendance/voting. Current amounts, GST and account balance remain unverified.
