About the data

This site publishes what sources say, attributes it, and dates it. Where a fact is not published, it stays empty and is labelled research required.

Midnapore’s artwork interprets REPYYC Drive photograph “Copy of Midnapore-37.jpg”, preserving the lake-park entrance building, timber roof edges, stone walls, gates and leafy approach with painterly simplification. Small signs are unlettered in the illustration. The original photograph appears on the community page. Uploaded September 2021; capture date and current entrance arrangement are unconfirmed. A lake-and-beach reference is still needed. Imagery does not establish membership or access rights.

Arbour Lake’s artwork interprets REPYYC Drive photograph “Copy of Arbour-Lake-15.jpg”, uploaded September 2021. The lake, fountain, pedal boats and shoreline homes retain the photographed arrangement with painterly simplification. The original appears on the community page. Capture date and current equipment availability are unconfirmed; imagery does not establish lake privileges.

Evergreen, Legacy and Coral Springs have individual artwork based on REPYYC Drive originals “Copy of Evergreen-4.jpg”, “Copy of Legacy-14.jpg” and “Copy of Coral-Springs-15.jpg”. They depict the stone crossing, clock tower and lake beach respectively. The originals appear on their community pages. Uploaded September 2021; capture dates remain unconfirmed. Cooper’s Crossing artwork interprets the pond-and-pathways photograph on the developer’s website; that photograph is a visual reference and is not republished here. The pond image does not imply swimming or private lake privileges.

Photography & artwork

McKenzie Lake’s artwork interprets REPYYC Drive photograph “Copy of McKenzie Lake_42.jpg”, preserving the beach, open water, shoreline homes and right-side boat area with painterly simplification. Tiny people and a distant inflatable structure are omitted. The original photograph appears on the community page. It was uploaded September 2021; capture date and current equipment arrangements remain unconfirmed. Neither image establishes property-specific lake eligibility.

Chaparral’s entrance photograph is REPYYC Drive image “Copy of Chapparl-34.jpg” (original filename), uploaded September 2021. The stone Lake Chaparral sign and landscaping are photographed, not generated. The folder is labelled 2018, but the capture date is unconfirmed. Community photography shows real places. Our custom Discovery Ridge illustration is based on a photograph of its stone waterfall from the REPYYC community photo archive. The source photo was uploaded in 2021; its capture date is not recorded. Artwork interprets a scene and does not establish current amenity condition or access rights.

Mahogany (Westman Village) and Auburn Bay photographs are credited to NewBuildHomes.ca. Mahogany’s lake artwork is based on REPYYC Drive photograph “Copy of Mahogany_13.jpg”, uploaded in September 2021; capture date is unknown. It interprets the photographed waterfront, residential docks and arched bridge, with painterly simplification and reframing. The source photograph is shown on the community page. These docks do not establish shared HOA access. Westman Village remains supporting photography. Auburn Bay’s lake artwork is based on REPYYC Drive photograph “Copy of Auburn-Bay-1.jpg”, uploaded in September 2021; capture date is unknown. The illustration brings the lake and dock forward and omits the foreground gate, vehicle and people. It is an artistic recomposition; the unaltered reference is shown on the community page. The townhome photograph remains supporting imagery. Elbow Valley’s lake artwork interprets REPYYC Drive photograph “Copy of Elvow-Valley-70.jpg” (original filename), uploaded September 2021. It preserves the lake, floating slide and shoreline setting with artistic reframing. Capture date and current equipment configuration remain unconfirmed; the original photograph is on the community page. Priority order

Source hierarchy

  1. 01Official association materials and governing documents.
  2. 02Government and City of Calgary publications.
  3. 03Association notices, newsletters and member communications.

What each label means

Verification states

  • VerifiedConfirmed against a primary source and re-checked on the date shown.
  • Association-publishedStated by the association itself on its own website or documents.
  • Government-publishedStated by a municipal or provincial body.
  • Secondary sourceReported by a credible third party; treated as weaker evidence.
  • Research requiredNot yet confirmed. Nothing is inferred or estimated in its place.
  • HistoricalAccurate for a past period and kept for fee history.

Process

How verification works

Research queue

A community or association is identified and queued for sourcing.

Draft

Facts are recorded with the source URL, organization, title and date.

Needs verification

A second pass confirms the fact against the primary source.

Verified

The fact is published with its source, verification date and confidence.

Stale

A published fact has aged past its review window and is flagged.

Archived

A superseded fact is retained for fee history rather than deleted.

Nothing is overwritten

Versioning and fee history

Fees are stored per year with their tiers, due dates, interest rules and processing charges. When a new schedule is published, the prior year is retained as historical rather than replaced, so a buyer or seller can see how an obligation has moved.

Tell us what is wrong

Corrections

Associations, boards and residents can request a correction. Corrections that come with a link to an association document or notice help the research team verify the change. Every report requires review before any published information changes.

Report an update

Not legal advice

Language we avoid

This site frames everything as what to verify and documents to review. It does not interpret your title, tell you whether an obligation binds you, or replace a real estate lawyer. Where access or obligation cannot be proven for an address, it says requires title / association confirmation.
